Dense and moist, this gluten-free chocolate cake with a layer of raspberry jam is glazed with bittersweet chocolate and brushed with edible gold; it makes a lovely addition to any celebration. Contains nut product. Butter, eggs, sugar, bittersweet chocolate, filbert flour, cream, raspberry jam. For a personal touch, a message may be inscribed in gold. 6” serves-8; 8” serves -12.
